I have completed the purchase of gift voucher online, when will the recipient receive the voucher?

Please allow us 1 working day to process your voucher. The voucher will be delivered via Singpost SmartPac in 2-4 working days once your order has been processed.

I need the voucher urgently, can I opt for e-vouchers?

We do not support e-vouchers at the moment. However, you may purchase the physical gift vouchers directly from Spa Rael, Goodwood Park Hotel.

I have made my spa reservation but am unable to make it at the last minute. Can I postpone my appointment?

Yes, you may. However, please note that under our Company’s Cancellation & ‘No Show’ Policy, a 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
 

Why do I need to arrive 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time?

We recommend you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete a Spa Consultation Form, relax and prepare yourself for your spa journey ahead. As a courtesy to all our guests, late arrivals will result in a reduction of your treatment time.
